TERMS & CONDITIONS
JFI Marriott Bonus Bucks Coupon Award is valid at all Marriott Hotel & Resorts, Renaissance Hotels & Resorts, Marriott Vacation Club International (rentals only) locations. It is necessary to be a registered guest and a consecutive two- (2) night stay is required. One- (1) Bonus Buck Coupon Award is applicable per two- (2) night stay to use JFI Marriott Bonus Bucks Coupon Award. Surrender coupon at check in. A $100 credit per coupon, per two-nigh stay will be applied towards your bill at checkout. Your bill may consist of room, tax and any additional dinning, spa services and / or gift shop purchases, which are charged to your room. No change or credit will be given on any unused portion of the $100 Bonus Bucks Coupon Award. Marriott Bonus Bucks Coupon Award may not be accepted at concessions within the hotel not owned or operated by Marriott or Renaissance. Please confirm with the hotel prior to making the purchase. JFI Marriott Bonus Bucks Coupon Award may be supplemented by payment of cash, acceptable checks, or valid credit card. JFI Marriott Bonus Bucks Coupon Award is not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. JFI Marriott Bonus Bucks Coupon Award is accepted at face value in U.S. dollars. Bonus Bucks will be converted into local currency value at the hotel's current exchange rate. Coupons have an expiration date usually ninety- (90) days after redemption. Terms and conditions of this program may be modified and services and benefits may be added or deleted at any time without notice to JFI members. JFI Marriott Bonus Bucks Coupon Award is earned on jet fuel purchases ONLY at JFI FBO Fuel Alliance Locations.

1. JFI Marriott Bonus Bucks Coupon Awards and its benefits are offered at the discretion of JFI. JFI and its travel partners have the right to change, limit, modify or cancel Program Rules, regulations, rewards, and reward levels at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points or miles already accumulated, the ability to use accumulated points or miles, or the ability to obtain certain rewards. JFI and its travel partners may, among other things: (a) increase or decrease the number of points or miles received for fuel purchases required for an award; (b) withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any award; (c) restrict the continued availability of awards; (d) change program benefits, travel partners, locations served by JFI or its travel partners, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining, or forfeiting awards or miles, or rules governing the use of awards; (e) change or cancel its travel partner awards. The accumulation of points or miles does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to points, miles, awards, or program benefits. In accumulating points or miles, JFI members may not rely upon the continued availability of any award or award level.

2. Participation in the JFI Marriott Bonus Bucks Coupon Awards program is subject to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures (*Program Rules*) that JFI may, in its discretion, adopt from time to time. JFI may amend the Program Rules at any time without notice. JFI has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Program Rules.

3. The accumulation of points and miles is subject to the JFI Bonus Bucks Coupon Awards Program Rules. Each JFI member is responsible for reading the Award Guide and newsletters in order to understand his or her rights, responsibilities, and status in the program.

4. The awards structure is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at JFI's discretion, with or without notice. The number of points or miles required to redeem any award may be substantially increased, any award may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any award or its redemption may be imposed at any time.

5. Additionally, JFI has the right to end the JFI awards program by providing written notice to its members in advance of program termination. In that event, the right to earn points and miles and redeem for awards may end sixty (60) days after notification, no matter the extent of member participation in the program.

6. An account may be closed at JFI's discretion if no award points are accrued during a 12-month period. All award points in the account will be forfeited at that time.
7. The terms and conditions of affiliated airline programs control the redemption and distribution of the miles earned or transferred.

8. JFI awards points, awards and airline miles earned through participating in JFI awards may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of JFI Marriott Bonus Bucks Coupon Awards points, award or miles is the responsibility of the member.

10. In the case of fraud or abuse involving JFI awards, mileage credit, award use, or a participating hotel, and its travel partners have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, and all frequent flyer miles or points and certificates earned through JFI awards may be forfeited and the account closed.

11. Membership in JFI Awards, including any award certificates that may have been issued to a member, may be revoked or suspended at JFI's sole discretion if a member fails to pay for purchases made on the JFI / Comdata credit card.

12. The awarding of JFI Marriott Bonus Bucks Coupon Awards and airline miles and the redemption of JFI Marriott Bonus Bucks Coupon Awards and frequent flyer miles certificates are void where prohibited by law.

13. When traveling on business, it is the JFI member's responsibility to comply with his or her company policy concerning travel programs. Information regarding JFI member's accumulation of points or miles for business travel is subject to disclosure to the JFI member's company.

14. You may be provided with the ability to use usernames, passwords, or other codes or devices to gain access to restricted portions of the JFI Awards Program (? Access codes? ). The content contained in such restricted areas is confidential to JFI, and is provided to you for your personal use only. We reserve the right to prohibit the use of such access codes on your behalf by third parties where we determine that such use interferes with our site's operation or results in commercial benefits for other entities to our detriment.

Conditions of Enrollment
1. Only JFI member pilots are eligible for JFI Marriott Bonus Bucks Coupon Awards and each individual may maintain only one account. Corporations, groups and / or associated entities cannot enroll for JFI Marriott Bonus Bucks Coupon Awards and airline miles. A corporation may designate an individual to accumulate all the awards and internally decide how to redeem the JFI awards.

2. Accrued Bonus Bucks Coupon Awards and miles do not constitute property of the JFI member. Award points accrued by a JFI Awards member are for the member's benefit only and may not be transferred to anyone. Points are transferable to a legal spouse only in the case of documented death of the member. Award points are not transferable to another person for any other reason, including divorce or inheritance.

3. Respecting your privacy is a priority for us. However, in order to keep you apprised of your JFI awards membership status, it is important that we give you access to program information.

Name and Address Change

Account Activity Statement:
1. A JFI Awards member may access an activity statement by going to www.jetfleetinternational.com to view your account status. You shall be responsible for advising JFI of any change of address and JFI shall have no responsibility for misdirected or lost mail or any consequences thereof.

2. You are responsible for ensuring that your award points or miles are properly credited. If proper credit does not appear in you account, the member should notify JFI by mail or fax, along with a copy of the fuel receipt, to JFI Award Services. Allow approximately six to eight weeks for the awards to be credited to your account. Requests to add or modify JFI award must be received within one year of the fuel purchase. If more than one membership number is assigned to an individual, he/she will only receive points or miles for one account. Duplicate accounts will be canceled.
