Travel Profile
To simplify and streamline the reservation process when you call to make travel plans, please complete a Travel Profile. You will need to provide your travel agent with your credit card number when making your first reservation.

The Jet Fleet Travel Department offers the following reservation services to ensure you find the most convenient flights at the lowest fares:

ResFax, within 3 to 5 minutes from your phone call or email, you may choose to receive a fax or email giving you the 6 best outbound and return flights for your trip with a price grid at the bottom.

ResQCX is an automated system that reprices every reservation in our system daily. You will be contacted if your airfare decreases. Your tickets will be re-issued at the lower fares.

ResTrack is our high tech software program that tracks any unused electronic tickets and automatically places them on a report to be applied towards another trip orrefunded.

Virtually There

Virtually There allows you to review your itinerary at any time. All you need is your last name and confirmation code. This program provides gate information, maps, dining, weather and more. With “Virtually There,' you are able to view, share and disseminate all your travel information at your fingertips.

ResAssist

“ResAssist,” our on-line booking engine, is accompanied by an easy to follow Quick Reference Guide. Flight, car, and hotel information can be accessed at any time from your business or personal computer. This tool provides live availability through Sabre, in a user-friendly format. "ResAssist" reservations may be booked until 10:00 p.m. CST for same day ticketing.

With "ResAssist," we provide you the tools to be your own agent, while utilizing the knowledge and experience of our agents through our “Fare Buster” program. Every reservation booked through "ResAssist" is checked by an experienced agent who searches alternate routes and times for a lower fare. If a lower fare is discovered, you will be notified and offered the opportunity to accept or deny the “fare buster.' With this popular program, you have the assurance that you are given the lowest fare for your corporate travel.

Quick Reference

The Jet Fleet Travel Department uses electronic ticketing. After booking a flight, your itinerary with confirmation will be immediately emailed to you.

Each traveler ticketed through the Jet Fleet Travel Department is covered for $250,000 of flight insurance.
